We provide you with your code of business ethics and conduct customized to the look and feel of your business. Your code will be a memorable document that you can be proud of. It wont be something that sits on a shelf and collects dust.

Training

Hotline

We’ll work with a third-party vendor on your behalf to set up a 24/7 hotline and a web-based reporting system. We’ll also design your hotline poster. (print)

Investigation Procedures

We’re here to help you get compliant with the requirements in the Federal Acquisition Regulations and to help your company build an ethical culture.

Government contractors and subcontractors awarded contracts of $5 million or more are required by law (FAR subpart 3.10 and 52.203-13) to have a code of conduct within 30 days of award and a compliance and ethics program within 90 days of award.  The DCAA will also verify compliance with this requirement (DCAA Contract Audit Manual section 5-306).  Our program will help you get compliant and be prepared for the audit.
