We’ll get your per­mis­sion before we use your email or address to send you Vellum’s newslet­ters or mar­ket­ing materials.

Con­trol

You can update your account infor­ma­tion and pref­er­ences when­ever you want to.

Vel­lum only accesses your infor­ma­tion with your per­mis­sion, when it it’s required by law, or if we need to access it to main­tain our system.

Data

Vel­lum only uses third party ven­dors that meet the high­est qual­ity of secu­rity and backups.

If you choose to ter­mi­nate your rela­tion­ship with us, you get all of your data back. We only main­tain copies that the law requires us to keep.

Vel­lum will pro­tect per­sonal infor­ma­tion by rea­son­able secu­rity safe­guards against loss or theft, as well as unau­tho­rized access, dis­clo­sure, copy­ing, use or modification.

Vel­lum sends a track­ing cookie to your com­puter that con­tains a unique iden­ti­fy­ing num­ber. Vel­lum uses this num­ber to pro­vide you with a con­tin­u­ous expe­ri­ence and to record how our ser­vice is being used.

Changes

As Vel­lum grows, our pri­vacy pol­icy will grow with us. We reserve the right to make changes as needed. If we make a sig­nif­i­cant change to our pol­icy that alters our basic prin­ci­ples, we’ll let you know.
